Welcome to hybaji. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hybaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hybaji website, mobile application, casino games, sports betting services, payment systems, and all associated features. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the hybaji platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by hybaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the hybaji platform immediately and refrain from registering an account.

hybaji reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of hybaji following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on hybaji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. hybaji enforces a strict 18+ policy and conducts identity verification checks to confirm player age.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, officer, or immediate family member of any such person associated with hybaji or any of its affiliated game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi).
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion program that would prevent you from gambling online.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not be acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

hybaji reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above eligibility criteria are not met, without any obligation to provide a detailed explanation to the player concerned.

Each player may hold only one registered account on hybaji at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. hybaji may request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any stage of your account lifetime.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is a mandatory requirement for all withdrawal requests and for players who reach defined deposit thresholds. Verification documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing the account holder's name and number)

hybaji will process KYC document submissions within five (5) business days. Players whose documents are under review may continue to use the platform but may not make withdrawals until verification is complete. hybaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on hybaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction within the hybaji cashier. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmed payment. hybaji does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing review period of up to two (2) business days for standard verified accounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. hybaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request above ৳50,000.

• Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in the same name as the hybaji player account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• hybaji does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or criminal activity. Any such funds identified will be frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities.
• In cases where a bonus has been credited to an account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before the bonus-associated funds can be withdrawn.
• hybaji reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the standard period.

hybaji offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a hybaji account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Only real-money wagers placed on qualifying games count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering completion.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period (typically 7 to 30 days as specified in the offer). Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period and will be removed from the account balance.
• hybaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematically hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating bonus exploitation activity with other players.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal terms.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Duplicate account attempts to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute a breach of these Terms.

• Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, deploy bots, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes through technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hybaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during login or transaction verification. hybaji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in the possession of a third party remains your sole responsibility.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hybaji platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account on the hybaji platform, whether under your own name or using false identity information.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hybaji platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any hybaji content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the hybaji platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the platform.
• Use the hybaji brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any way that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of the brand.

Game content supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their own licensing terms.

The hybaji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hybaji makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, fault-free operation of the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hybaji's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• hybaji accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from a player's own gambling decisions, including losses attributable to problem gambling behaviour.
• hybaji accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• hybaji accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the platform, even if hybaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hybaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

hybaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the hybaji platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter their substantive effect, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of these Terms will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you may close your account by contacting [email protected] before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the hybaji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hybaji is an entertainment platform operating in the online gaming sector and is subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it operates.

In the event of a dispute between a player and hybaji, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Contact: The player should first contact hybaji's support team at [email protected], providing a clear description of the dispute, the account details involved, and any relevant transaction or game reference numbers. hybaji will respond within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the initial support response does not resolve the dispute to the player's satisfaction, the player may submit a formal written complaint to the same email address, marked "Formal Complaint". hybaji will escalate the matter to a senior case handler and provide a final written decision within fifteen (15) business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the player may seek independent review through an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism available in their jurisdiction.

Players agree that any claim arising from use of the hybaji platform must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period will not be considered.
